The Continuing Education classes are intended as beginning level sailing, windsurfing and navigation classes. Beginners normally access the program by taking a course on this page.

Designed for lots of hands-on!
This six week class uses BCC's 15-foot two-person sailboats at Tigertail Lake. You will learn to sail as both crew and skipper: Enrollment is limited. The fee is $125.

This class is held at Tigertail Lake on Saturday mornings. BCC offers beginner and inter mediate windsurfing using our boards and life jackets. Class runs three hours a week for six weeks. The fee is $125.

Learn the basics of navigation in this important six week course.
Includes: Chart Symbols, Latitude and Longitude, Variation and Deviation, Bearing and Distance, Plotting, Tides and Currents, Set and Drift, Vectors. The Gulfstream, Advanced Rules. Classroom and home study exercises emphasized. Held at Tigertail Lake in Dania. The fee is $125.
