Description :
This course examines general historical aspects of
air and space power. The course covers the time
period from the first balloons and dirigibles to
the space age. Examples are provided to
demonstrate the historical events leading to the
modern day Air Force. An additional focus will be
on Air Force core values. Past Air Force
operations and the acts of historical Air Force
leaders will be points of discussion. A
leadership laboratory is included and provides
cadets with leader/follower experiences.
