The ACLS Provider course is specifically designed to prepare paramedics, physicians, nurses and allied health professionals in the recognition and intervention in acute coronary syndromes for adults. The curriculum focuses on an understanding of acute coronary syndromes, cardiac arrest and post resuscitation management, invasive monitoring techniques, airway management, and dysrhythmia recognition and treatment including appropriate pharmacological agents. Participants successfully completing the course will receive an American Heart Association course completion card. Prerequisite: health professional, current Florida BLS course C and knowledge of basic arrhythmias.
