Description :
This course deals with the purpose of federal,
state, and local environmental law and its impact
on South Florida and the larger world community.
Reason for protection of the environment,
compliance with legislation, and the concept of
due diligence are emphasized. Extensive use of
the case studies approach will be used to
illustrate the application of law. Placement by
Testing Department.
