Teaching Philosophy
As a professor in the Department of Business Administration, I bring into the classroom my years of experience in business as well as my training in Alternative Dispute Resolution. I am an arbitrator for the National Association of Security Dealers and serve as a Florida Supreme Court-certified mediator for Broward County. My experiences in and out of the classroom have helped me to better understand the needs of our diverse student population and have made me a more sensitive and empathetic instructor.
