How to Compute Your ID# to Lookup Your Grades

You grades are posted using an ID# instead of your student number (for example D05-12-3456). 

In order for you to find out what is your ID#, you will have to use your student number to create it.

Start with your student number, for example, if my student number is

D05-12-3456, then compute the sum below.

Since D is the fourth letter in the alphabet, take 4x100 = 400.  Look at the student number and add the numbers in the following manner

Add   400 + 05 + 12 + 3456 = 3873

You grades will be listed next to the ID# 3873.

Examples

Student ID  J11-13-4321   is coded as 5343

Student ID  W00-11-1234 is coded as 3545
