                   Duties: Teach freshman composition and college prep courses; taught all the courses that are part of the ESL program (grammar, writing, conversation, accent improvement/accent reduction/pronunciation); guide and supervise teachers; schedule courses; assign teachers’ work load following the college administration guideline; confer with other teachers, determine and select the textbooks that serve the students’ needs; work closely with the guidance department in the placement of students; consult and coordinate with the English Department Head on any aspect that aspect that affects ESL. Additionally, participate in college wide ESL meetings as the representative from South Campus,
