Course Description:
Aircraft wood structures are covered in this section and familiarizes the student with the different types of wood used in aircraft structures as well as methods of repair to wood structures. This course is required by the Federal Aviation Administration under 14 CFR Part 147 for hose pursuing a mechanic certificate with an airframe rating.
