Welcome to your campuses Makerspace! To keep our creative spaces safe, inclusive, and productive for everyone, please take a moment to review our guidelines. These simple rules cover safe equipment use, respectful collaboration, proper cleanup, and general etiquette so everyone can enjoy a positive experience.

Whether you're new here or a regular visitor, following these guidelines ensures everyone can safely create and innovate. Let’s keep our Makerspace organized and welcoming.

Code of Conduct

  1. Please do:
    • Please Submit a project proposal if required
    • Design or modify your file before printing
    • Use approved slicing software (Cura, Bambu Studio, etc.)
    • Clean the build plate after your print finishes
    • Recycle your broken prints!
    • Ask for help if your unsure!
  2. Please Do not:
    • Print without permission or staff awareness
    • Use unapproved or unsafe materials
    • Print files you did not create or modify
    • Start a print if there's not enough time before closing
    • Leave failed prints or mess behind
    • Use the machines for resale
    • Block access to the printer - be respectful of others' time.
  3. All must comply with the rules and regulations listed in the Broward College Student Handbook
