Our BAS in IT offers a high-tech approach to managing and ensuring the security of advanced information systems. We will instruct you on how to:
- Engineer computer software
- Administer complex databases
- Act as a network systems administrator

Eligible applicants are those who have earned at a minimum, an Associate of Science (AS) or an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) from a regionally accredited institution and who have at least a 2.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
Students who have earned an AS or AAS degree will have completed a minimum of 15 college credits of transferable general education coursework and will complete the remaining general education requirements as part of the BAS degree program.
Students with an Associate of Arts (AA) degree or 60 credit hours without a degree may be admitted to the program upon the recommendation of the Dean for Student Affairs and the Dean for Business, Technology and Management.
All applicants will be required to complete an educational plan.

Completion of a BAS in Information Technology requires 120 credit hours. The curriculum culminates in a capstone project in the last semester of your senior year.
