Professional Development Day (PDD) is Broward College’s signature event dedicated to advancing teaching and learning while supporting the personal and professional growth of all employees. Each year, faculty, staff, and administrators come together for a day of collaborative learning, skill-building, and reflection. The day features sessions, discussions, and activities designed to share effective practices, strengthen our campus community, and enhance student success.
