Even if an entire online program doesn't interest you, you may find individual online courses provide you with greater scheduling flexibility. Broward College offers hundreds of online class sections every term....many have no textbook costs either!

You can find online courses two ways:

1. Search by course number:
  • Go to the advanced search page.
  • Type in a course ID/number. Ex. ENC1101, or just ENC to find all courses with this prefix.
  • Under "alternative instructional method" choose "online classes"
  • Click the "search" button

--OR--

2. Browse all online class sections:
  • Go to the class schedules page.
  • Scroll down and look for "online classes" under the appropriate term.
  • Click on "all sessions" or any individual session to look through a list of online classes only.

For current students, registering for an online course works the same as registering for an on-campus course. You simply choose the course(s) you want to take, and then you can register online from your myBC account or in person. New students must apply to the college before they can register.
