Facilities Maintenance

The Facilities Maintenance team is responsible for maintaining all existing facilities, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems; custodial and fleet services; building repairs and minor renovations; locksmith and landscaping collegewide. The Facilities Maintenance team is also responsible for the oversight and implementation of the deferred maintenance plans, providing for environmental abatements, and applying ADA and life safety upgrades throughout the College facilities and site locations.
