Consistent with the philosophy of an institution devoted to public service; the College has developed a full benefits program for the welfare of its employees. All full-time employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Medical Benefits
 | Medical Insurance - The Board of Trustees has approved to provide health insurance coverage at no cost to employees. |  | Disability - The College provides Long Term Disability income protection to employees at no cost. |
 | Dental Insurance - The Board of Trustees has approved to provide group dental coverage at no cost to employees. |  | Health Plan Task Force - Studies health care and health insurance issues and make recommendations on how best to resolve these issues to the benefit of the College and its employees. |
 | Life Insurance - While an employee is with BCC on a full-time basis, he or she will be covered by the Board of Trustees. |  | Legal Plan - The Preferred Legal Plan is offered to all full-time employees eligible for benefits on a voluntary basis. |
 | Secure Travel - An emergency travel assistance program is available to all full-time employees who have accepted the Accident Insurance benefits package with CIGNA Group Insurance. |  | HIPAA
