The Compensation & Classification Unit of the Human Resources Division is responsible for the administration of the BC compensation & classification plan and the salary schedule. The Compensation & Classification Unit conducts market surveys, administers the dissemination of annual contracts for faculty and administrative positions, and reviews positions for appropriate level, title, and FLSA designation. Questions relating to salary administration, the salary schedule, faculty and administrator contracts, and other compensation related matters can be directed to Candice Hunter, District Director of Compensation & HRIS, Marie-Josee Andre, Lead Compensation Analyst and Maricar Cayubit, Compensation Analyst.

Salary Increases
Annual increases are not granted automatically. The Board of Trustees must authorize an annual increase. Any annual increases granted are implemented with the effective date authorized by the Board of Trustees.
