Tuition Reimbursement

Educational Benefits

Broward College endorses higher education for all employees to have up-to-date knowledge in their academic discipline or field of work. Two types of educational benefits are available to full-time employees: tuition reimbursement for courses outside of Broward College and tuition assistance for Broward College courses.

Tuition Reimbursement - Refer to Policy 6Hx2-3.12 for details on eligibility and other guidelines.
The Tuition Reimbursement program is a benefit available to all full-time regular Broward College employees. The primary objective is to encourage employees to complete a degree. Employees must enroll at regionally accredited institutions in college credit courses that relate to their current position or promotional opportunities, or that help them further their professional development.
