To Members of the Broward College Community:

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the HR website.  The site has been designed to share with you the latest information and to respond to any questions you may have.  Our Human Resources team is always available in person to provide more detailed explanations and follow up on any issues, concerns, or topics of interest.

I would also like to direct your attention to our Human Resources Strategic Plan and the new initiatives actively underway to enhance the services already offered by Human Resources. In addition, the BC Faculty/Staff Development Plan that was completed this year provides an overview for every employee, whether faculty or staff, of the vast array of professional development opportunities available at BC.  We hope you will be able to take advantage of these programs. 

A number of new programs have been designed to provide greater opportunities for discussion and  feedback by members of the campus community.  These programs include the Listening Posts program offered on all campuses during the academic year and the Human Resources on Campus initiative in which teams of HR specialists rotate and visit each campus on a regular basis.  You will also find links on the web site to new policies that have been recently revised as well as current information on benefits and other topics of interest.
