Thomas W. Olliff


Thomas W. Olliff serves as the senior vice president for administration at Broward College. Olliff oversees the overall planning, operation and evaluation of the College's non-academic programs and services and is responsible for providing senior leadership for all administrative areas, including finance and budget, operations, facilities, procurement, human resources, information technology and economic development. Olliff will also represent the College in various civic, community and professional organizations at the local, state, and national level.

Previously, Olliff served as Deputy Executive Director of the South Florida Water Management District, acting as the agency's chief operating officer. He managed a district that stretches from Orlando to Key West, has more than 1,800 employees, and a budget of $1.5 billion. Before that he worked with Collier County Government for 19 years, concluding with his service as the County Administrator.

Olliff is involved professionally with the American Water Works Association, the Project Management Institute and the International City and County Manager's Association. He has served on the business boards of International College and Florida Gulf Coast University and is a current member of the Palm Beach Atlantic Alumni board.

He earned a master's of business administration from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
