Graduates of the program enter the field as dually trained professional dental auxiliaries. By successfully completing this program, you become a Certified Dental Assistant and a Registered Dental Hygienist.

Dental Assisting: There is a huge communtiy demand for dental assisting so employment opportunities are plentiful. After graduation you have the option of going into private practice, continuing with your education for an AS in Dental Hygiene or an AS in Health Services Management.
