We are pleased to share with you the completed Faculty/Staff Development Master Plan (FSDMP). This plan outlines five key goals and strategies to optimize our efforts in terms of recruitment and selection, orientation experiences, professional development opportunities, rewards and recognition and fostering a climate that supports cultural competency and diversity. This plan was initiated after a series of campus dialogues with input from faculty and staff. The Faculty/Staff Development Master Plan reflects the College's full commitment to strengthen our professional development program for all faculty, staff, and administrators.
