Official Broward College transcript orders are made through:
  1. student’s myBC student portal, or 
  2. the College’s transcript vendor, Credentials Inc.
Click on the Credentials icon to place an order or check the status of an order.

You may also call Credentials at 847-716-3005 with questions about transcript orders.
Update your address to the location that you wish to receive your diploma or certificate sent in the mail. Diplomas will be mailed to the address on your record, within 6–8 weeks of the official graduation date.

Duplicate Diploma
To request a replacement or duplicate diploma complete the Duplicate/Replacement Diploma Form and send to: Each replacement diploma incurs a $10.00 fee.

Enrollment Verification
A completed Authorization for Release form is required to accompany the Enrollment Verification Form. Mail your request to from your Broward College email account.  Upon receipt of your request, Broward College will complete and submit the requested enrollment information.

Enrollment Verification is available from Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, at any campus Admissions Office, or the College Registrar’s Office. Emailed requests can be sent to and will be processed within 72 hours.

Degree Verification
DegreeVerify provides instant online verifications of college degrees or attendance claimed by job applicants. The service is designed to simplify verification for employers, background screening firms, executive search firms and employment agencies who regularly screen candidates.

For degree verification go to the National Student Clearinghouse website and click on the VERIFY button to get started.
Broward College submits degree information to the Clearinghouse once per term. There is a fee for degree verification; please see the National Student Clearinghouse website for more information.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. 
Any student who would like to allow another person to access their education records must: 
Complete a FERPA Release form
Submit the completed form and government issued ID, to any campus Admissions Office, or email the form to the College Registrar’s Office at using their Broward College email account. 

Any student who would like to opt out and restrict access to their education records should notify the Registrar’s Office at and include the following information:
• Name             
• Student ID number 
• Statement requesting that directory information should not be released 
In person submissions should be signed. Submission sent from a Broward College email address will be considered as the student’s signature. Submissions from personal email addresses are not considered official and will not be accepted.
