| | Men's Baseball Catching/Hitting Coach
 | | | Coach Bone returns for his second stint with the Seahawks with his key responsibilities as the hitting and catching coach. A tireless worker, Coach Bone has instilled in the club a work ethic to be marveled and led the team to the highest team batting average mark in school history. With improvements across the board in both offensive and defensive play, much of the success can be attributed to Coach Bone. Kyle grew up in the south Florida baseball community and played his high school baseball for Coach Charlie Cardinale at Cooper City High School (Class of ’99). His collegiate career took the backstop to three different institutions. He played one year for Coach Mike Easom at Indian River Community College before coming to Broward Community College for two years under Coach Mike Silvestri. After his junior college career was over he went on to Nova Southeastern University and played for Coach Michael Mominey. Kyle was honored with the Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2004 at Nova Southeastern University. Upon graduating, Kyle was signed to a professional contract with the San Francisco Giants. His career became sidelined after an elbow injury and Kyle made a decision to be able to stay in the game, he would have a great influence as a coach. In 2005, he joined Coach Brown in the beginning stages of developing Perfect Competition’s baseball program. In September 2006, Coach Bone was called on by Coach Deutschman to take the lead of the hitters and catchers for the Seahawks. As knowledgeable of a young coach as you will find in the game, the Seahawks are looking at another rising star amongst their coaching staff that will surely advance up the collegiate ranks. Coach Bone’s biggest influence in his passion for baseball has been his father, Mike Bone, who still attends every Seahawks home game. Kyle is single and resides in Pembroke Pines. | | | |
