Credit for Prior Learning at Broward College allows you the opportunity to earn college credits for the knowledge and skills you've acquired while in high school, technical college, at work, or other life experiences.

Prior Learning Assessment Program
Developed primarily for working adults, is designed to recognize the academic value of what students have learned through experiences outside the college classroom.
Military Training
Military educational experiences, courses, and training may be eligible for credit.
Students who completed a Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) Career and Technical Education (CTE), Registered Apprenticeship, or a Broward College Continuing Education program may be eligible to earn college credit and continue their education through the aligned Associate of Science (AS) or Applied Science (AAS) degree program at Broward College.
