 PROGRAM SHEETS: A.S., A.A.S., Certif. The following links are to provide the originator/presenter of a curriculum proposal involving a program of study revision, a WORD format copy of the current program of study sheet as it appears in the ’08-‘09 college catalog. To prepare a curriculum proposal involving a program of study revision, please follow the steps below:
1. Review: Proposal Checklists (web site menu item) for program of study revision; For preparation of Current and Recommended program of study sheets: 2. Click: on the appropriate program of study sheet(s) below; 3. Copy: the original file to desktop, disk, etc.; 4. Label: (at the top, in red) this copy Current ; 5. Copy: the original file, again to desktop, disk, etc.; 6. Label: (at the top, in red) this copy Recommended; 7. Mark: on the Recommended version: (a) deletions with strikethrough and (b) additions in red; 8. Forward: both the Current and Recommended versions of the program of study, by e-mail attachment (with your other completed proposal-related documents), to the Office of Curriculum Services.
