Driving Directions:
- Take I-95 to Broward Blvd East
- Exit onto Broward Blvd
- Heading East, take Broward Blvd to SE 1st Ave (right turn immediately after Andrews Ave)
- Head south on SE 1st Ave, passing SE 1st Street
- The Parking Garage will be on your left
Parking Information: BCC Students taking classes for academic credit and have a plastic hangtag with valid decal may park on 7th floor (top floor) and the two ramps (6e and 7b) leading to the 7th floor of the City Parking Garage. The entrance is on 2nd Avenue near 2nd Street. Hang the hangtag from the inside rear-view mirror. Use north elevator only till south elevator (closest to campus) is remodeled (about April).
Continuing Students: Fall Term parking decal is valid till February 28, 2007 (and see “All Students,” below).
New Students: Bring Tuition Payment Receipt or class schedule with “0” balance to Security Desk in WHC Bldg. 31 to obtain temporary decal and plastic hangtag. This decal is effective till February 28, 2007 (and see “All Students,” below).
All Students who declare during Term 2 registration that they will park in BCC campuses (this includes above named City Garage), or who subsequently pay BCC parking fee for enrolled credits, will receive new Term 2 2007 decal with expiration date in US Mail. Affix new decal on plastic hangtag.
If by February 28, 2007 you don’t receive new decal in US Mail, bring Term 2 payment receipt to WHC Bldg. 31 Security Desk.
Weekend Parking is available on 6th floor only until heliport repair is complete (about April). Weekend parking on 7th floor and connecting ramps is prohibited for this several-month period.

Vehicles will be fined or towed if parked in above named areas without appropriate BCC hangtag or FAU window decal. There are meters to pay for parking on 1st, 2nd and part of the 3rd floor, but be careful not to park in other parts of the Garage.
Continuing Education and Center for Business & Industry Students: To avoid a fine or being towed, please park on 1st, 2nd and part of the 3rd floor with proper payment in the City’s parking meters.
