Applying to the Teacher Education Program - Step 1
To make your application process as easy as possible, we have developed a four step system that should make the online applying process as efficient as possible. If you have questions at any time, feel free to Contact Us and we will be happy to assist you.
If you are a current Broward College student, you can apply to the Teachers Education Program now. Alternatively, people may transfer to Broward College, then apply to the program. Transfer students need 60 credit hours from their school (to include Broward College's 36 general education requirements), or have an AA (Associate of Arts) degree.
Admissions Checklist
The application period for the Fall 2012 term is open until July 15, 2012. Passing General Knowledge Exam ESSAY scores, transcripts, and Letter of Recommendation must be submitted to the Teacher Education Program by August 3, 2012.
I am a Transfer Student
You must have either 60 college credit hours (36 gen ed) or your AA (Associates) degree, then you can transfer to Broward College.
Once transferred to Broward College, you can apply to the Teacher Education Program.
