Personally Speaking

No two days at work are ever alike for Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT's) and Paramedics. Their medical specialty demands that they frequently work fast and under pressure in all kinds of settings. As a result, their job is never boring, and playing a key role in helping the injured and saving lives has its rewards. If such a career appeals to you, our three EMS programs are a proven training ground for success.

  • Emergency Medical Technician Diploma
  • A basic training program in life support skills for entry-level EMS employment.
  • Paramedic Certificate
  • An advanced training program for EMS positions of high-level, extensive care responsibility.
  • Associate in Science in Emergency Medical Services
  • Credits from both programs can be applied to the Associate in Science Degree in EMS, designed for those seeking career advancement in prehospital emergency care.
