This scholarship was created in honor of Florida Wildlife Officer Michelle A. Lawless by Diana Martin, Senior Academic Advisor and Debra Ann Martin.
Michelle was a graduate of Broward College and worked in the science lab at Central Campus. Michelle believed in education and that we can all make a difference in preserving and protecting our environment. This is an opportunity for you to make Lawless’ dreams of conserving our most valuable resources for future generations.

• Student must have 3.0 GPA
• Student must be majoring in Environmental Science
• Student may attend full or part-time
• Student must be a Florida resident
• Student must have completed one college semester
• Student must complete a one page essay stating why they chose to major in Environmental Science
