BC's Willis Holcombe Center is an ultra-high tech Higher Education Complex in partnership with Florida Atlantic University. It is located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Two blocks to the south are New River, beautiful Riverwalk and the always-popular Riverwalk Entertainment Complex. The Museum of Art is next door. Sun-Sentinel headquarters is across the street. Four blocks to the west are the Museum of Science and Discovery and the Broward Center for the Arts. One block to the north is Broward County's Main Library, one of the largest libraries in South Florida. Four blocks to the east is the world-famous Las Olas Shops district, a tree-lined quarter of horse-drawn carriages, old-fashioned lampposts, and the largest concentration of restaurants, art galleries, and upscale shops in Broward County. Ten more blocks to the east is legendary Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Fort Lauderdale is a diverse world-class, world-renowned city containing the largest concentration of businesses, wealth, building, cultural institutions and waterways in Broward County.

Technology, business and art merge at the Willis Holcombe Center(WHC). Some of the programs include Architecture, Graphic Design Technology, Building Construction and Civil Engineering Technology, and more. Of course this is the place to find Baccalaureate transfer programs. Many students start their Nursing and other health care programs here. Pre-law is another popular transfer program, with the county's courts and largest concentration of law firms just across the river.
