Managing Your Money


The Financial Literacy is an important component to the overall success of Broward College students and graduates.  The Empowerment for Student Success program is designed to provide students with the necessary information, tools and awareness for financial and debt management.  This program makes no guarantees regarding any students’ or graduates’ financial success.
BC currently offers the Debt Management Workshops and Financial Aid Orientations and presentations in high schools regarding access to student aid resources. These sessions are designed to help students and parents achieve a greater understanding of and comfort with financial aid programs and jargon, proper budgeting, etc.​
