In order to support the educational growth of Honors students, The Robert "Bob" Elmore Honors Institute now offers scholarship support to needy Honors students who want to participate in one of Broward College's international study programs during the summer term. The Robert "Bob" Elmore Honors Institute will award up to 5 scholarships of $1000. Winners will be chosen by the collegewide Honors Committee. General application criteria are listed below. Eligibility Criteria:

• Member of The Robert "Bob" Elmore Honors Institute
• Minimum 3.25 GPA
• Completion of twelve college-level credits (with at least one Honors course)
• Submission of completed application by the posted deadline
• Application requires: 2 letters of recommendation from BC faculty, official college transcripts, 500 word essay (see application for more details)
