The Robert "Bob" Elmore Honors Institute, in conjunction with the International Education
Program, invites all Honors Faculty to apply for the Honors Faculty
International Travel Award.

Description:
The
International Honors Travel Award is a special recognition for
an
Honors Faculty member who has made notable contributions to the Honors
program. The award (maximum $2500 travel expenses) consists of a 7-10 day overseas trip to a site where
BC
has an International Program or an International Program in which
BC is affiliated through other colleges; such as the CCIS program.
The recipient will coordinate their trip with Dr. David Moore, Director
of International Education, and will plan all details to individualize
the location, dates, etc. The award will be presented at the Annual
Honors Faculty Recognition Luncheon.
Criteria:
- Experience
with or in the Honors Program, such as teaching, advising, or recruiting.
- Revision of an existing Honors course or development of a new
Honors course(s).
- Involvement in the promotion of The Robert "Bob" Elmore Honors Institute.
- Participation in Honors events, workshops, etc.
- Demonstration of commitment to and professional growth in Honors.
