These specialized courses, designed in conjunction with industry leaders, consist of seven core courses and six field-specific courses. These programs are designed to prepare graduates for employment positions such as: Resort, Hotel, Restaurant, and Bar Managers; Destination Marketers; Chefs and Food Service Managers; Travel Agents, and various other positions found within the restaurant, hospitality, club, cruise line, theme park, and associated industries. |
