  1. How do I get a cell phone? Fill out a request for telephone service and input a requisition in CID.

  2. How can I check how many minutes I have? This info is located at the beginning of the cell bill.

  3. How much do I pay for personal calls? Personal calls are $.14 per minute, inbound or outbound, all day, every day.

  4. I lost/broke my phone, how do I get a replacement? Input a requisition in CID. Be sure to include name & cell number and indicate that it's a replacement.

  5. What if my service isn't working? Contact Customer Care or Telecom.
