Providing quality customer service is an important part of Broward College's mission. Assisting our students, faculty and employees is an integral part of our daily activities. When a department is either unavailable or unable to resolve a situation, the issue should be referred to Help Desk, a service center provided by Information Technology.
The objective of Help Desk is to provide customers with the right solution in a timely manner. Many issues may be addressed immediately by a Customer Service Analyst; however, on occasion, more technical assistance may be required. Please contact Help Desk with all technology related issues, including, but not limited to:
- Access to H:, P:, S: and U: drives
- Audio and Video Equipment
- Classroom Equipment
- College Integrated Database (CID)
- Hardware and Software Requests
- Malware and Virus Alerts
- Microsoft Office (including Email)
- Password Reset and Expiration
- Scan and Print
- Telecom and Conference Calls
- Web Updates
