Electronic Forms Processing At BCC

Broward Community College has implemented eForms to streamline the form process and empower users to create, route, track, sign and archive electronic forms that generate database and CID (mainframe) queries for real-time validation.

BCC’s eForms system:
• Auto-populates general employee information from the college's database

• Notifies the reporting lines by email when digital approvals are needed

• Routes eForms to the appropriate department
• Allows the origniator of the form to track the progress and location of the eForm.

• Is efficient and secure

• Creates PDF images of the eForm which it auto-indexes in our current UniSearch XL/NetSearch XL imaging database system
