BC has offered college courses at the International College of Seville, Spain (formerly the Institute for International Studies) in Seville, since 1979. This program is the host institution for our study abroad program offered in conjunction with the College Consortium for International Studies (CCIS) and St. Bonaventure University in New York State. Accredited Overseas Campuses of BCBC provides on-going technical assistance for academic programs offered by affiliate colleges. BC conducts on-site visits to all international partners. BC reviews the parallelism and quality of the academic programs offered by international partners. BC awards BCC credits and provides official transcripts for students enrolled in the Singapore and India programs.
Note: Our SACS accreditation extends only to the BC academic programs offered on the following three sites, not to the institutions themselves.

| 3. SINGAPORE
This is one of the oldest affiliations of the BC overseas programs. The Center for American Education of Singapore has a K-12 program which began in 1981. The College program and affiliation with BCC began in 1986. The University of South Florida in Tampa, FL recently began an affiliation to offer upper division university courses leading to a BA in Business Administration to complement the AA degrees awarded by BCC.

4. ECUADOR
This institution has existed in Guayaquil, Ecuador since 1985 but joined the BCC international education programs officially on January 1, 2007. In August, 2007, with permission from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, they began to offer BCC courses and credits as an accredited overseas campus of BC.

This institution has had an affiliation with BC since 1995. It has been approved by the ministry of education to offer four-year degrees in business and has recently added programs in political science and banking.

|  | 6. SRI LANKA This institution began on one location in 1998 and has grown to five sites around the island nation of Sri Lanka. There are over 2000 students in the K-12 system leading to the American College of Higher Education program affiliated with BC. Currently about 500 students are taking courses in the Broward program, the largest number of students taking courses in one of our overseas affiliates.

This institution had over forty years of experience as a four-year degree granting university before forming an affiliation with BCC. It offers programs leading to two and four year degrees and graduate degrees in a variety of fields. In 2008 or 2009, they hope to begin offering the BC program of study.

VATC was founded in 2000 to offer English language studies and vocational-technical training to students in Ho Chi Minh City. It now has 28 campuses including 14 in Ho Chi Minh City serving up to 18,000 students. Beginning in October of 2007, VATC began offering English for Academic Purpose to prepare students to enroll in BCC-style AS and AAS degrees in Business and Computer Science.

10. JAMAICA
The demand for a Broward program in the Caribbean has been discussed for many years. Finally, with the help of local business leaders in Broward County who have a heart for developing the educational opportunities for citizens of the region, a new institution is being created. This will be the known as the Caribbean American College and will most likely be placed in the the city of Montego Bay, Jamaica. CAC will be open to students from all over the "Caricom" region. Plans are currently underway to find property, employ staff and begin offering courses in 2009.

11. PERU
THe Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola is a multi-campus modern urban institution in the La Molina district of Lima, Peru. It currently serves over 7,000 students from K to University and graduate schools including over 13 academic major programs. More than 30% of its courses are in English and the goal is for more than 50% of its programming to be offered in English in the coming years.
