Faculty
interested in learning how to use technology
are getting personalized support from
Faculty
Technology Mentors.
Program
Philosophy
The goal
of the Faculty Technology Mentoring Project
is to increase the number of BC faculty
using technology to enhance student learning
and increase the skills of those already
using technology.
Faculty
with less developed technology skills
(mentees) are matched with a faculty technology
mentor who shares knowledge, guides learning
and supports mentees in the development
of one or more projects.
- Mentees
benefit from the advantage of flexible
scheduling and individualized assistance
by a faculty colleague.
- Mentees
may also receive professional development
credit for the time they work on their
project(s). Click »

to see the mentee application form.
- Mentors
are compensated for the time they spend
with their mentees (each mentor will
have two mentees) with either a stipend
or equipment of their choice. Click
