"I like the mix of public and private people. I think there is a lot of opportunity for the private sector and education to collaborate and share. Love that you are leading the way in Institutional Planning and Effectiveness."

"As the facilitator of Six Sigma projects in my organization I enjoyed learning about the approach and tools utilized in the education segment. The content used by different industries was useful. I leave the conference with an open view and will start our own FAST Team at our organization. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this conference. Look forward to future events."

"The presenters were clearly very experienced in the subject matter. I look forward to continuing the conversation."

"Wonderful opportunity to learn about Six Sigma and how to improve efficiency and effectiveness in my unit."

"This was a great inaugural conference. The presenters were great and provided valuable insights regarding their lean journeys and apply theory to practice."

"Great conference. Enjoyed the networking and learning. I have pages of notes for things to add to my program."

"Great first year!"

"Had a wonderful flow, challenged me to learn and grow as a manager; so glad I attended!"

"This is more than I expected so there is nothing I could add that was needed. Very good presentations and information."

"Really liked combo of education and business in examples, speakers, and discussions. Speakers were good and complimented each other."

"I'm so glad I got to participate in the conference – I learned a lot and really enjoyed it!  Can't wait to see if I can pass the white belt test!"

"Was very informative and the group size was perfect."

"Thanks for the hospitality and the great program. It was very helpful. It is easy to see that your College has a steep improvement trend and that your IE efforts are key to that."

"It was an incredibly valuable learning experience for me and I am anxious to share my take-away's with our SVP of Business Services/Operations next week. I also wanted to thank you and your staff for your 'relentless commitment' to quality and continuous improvement.  That commitment was evident in every aspect of the conference, from the presentations and speakers to the food and venue.  I do hope that you are taking a moment to reflect on and celebrate your success!  I also hope that we can keep the conversation alive on driving improvement in higher education through Lean strategies via a state-wide network that was discussed.  I think it was evident that you've got a strong following of passionate people who are eager to build the momentum."

"The conference was amazing."

"I was very impressed with how you have structured your program and focused it to deliver results quickly."
