Mission Statement: 

The mission of the Student Success Initiatives Program is to provide students with the academic support needed to successfully accomplish their educational goals while at Broward Community College.

This form is for faculty only!

Early Warning program: Faculty members are asked to identify students that are having difficulty in his/her class through filling out a form with the student’s name, social security number, and the nature of the problem. These students are contacted by a student affairs representative in an effort to make them aware of the resources available to them at Broward Community College. Download the form here.

Students are encouraged to participate in these educational workshops conducted by counselors, advisors, faculty, and administrators. Open forums during which students are given the opportunity to voice any concerns that they have about your educational experience at Broward Community College. Participation in such a forum will also encourage students to meet fellow classmates and to get involved with activities at Broward Community College.
