Warning Back

This
form is for faculty only!
Early Warning program: Faculty members are asked to identify students
that are having difficulty in his/her class through filling out a form
with the student’s name, social security number, and the nature
of the problem. These students are contacted by a student affairs representative
in an effort to make them aware of the resources available to them

What are the keys to success? Find out...
Students
are encouraged to participate in these educational workshops conducted
by counselors, advisors, faculty, and administrators. In addition,
faculty members are encouraged to invite facilitators to conduct

Open forums during which students are given the opportunity to voice
any concerns that they have about your educational experience at
Broward Community College. Participation in such a forum will also
encourage students to meet fellow classmates and to get involved
