Dual Enrollment

If you would like additional information on Advance Placement, Dual Enrollement, Early Admissions, or Credit in Escrow please visit the contact page for more information. Broward Community College and the School Board of Broward County jointly sponsor a Dual Enrollment Program. This program gives high school juniors and seniors a unique opportunity to enroll in courses at BCC for high school and college credit.

To be eligible for the program, you must have an unweighted cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better. Courses are offered at your high school as well as BCC's campus locations. Class times are tailored to fit into your hectic schedule.

As a dual enrolled student, you do not pay the BCC registration, matriculation, laboratory and textbook fees because you also are receiving high school credit for the courses. Most classes are taught by BCC professors committed to academic excellence and rigorous standards.

You can see a list of private high schools in compliance for dual enrollment here. (Login Required)
