she will be covered by the Board of Trustees up to a maximum of $150,000
of term life insurance. The exact coverage amount corresponds to an employee's
annual salary rounded up to the next $1000. |

full-time employees have the option of purchasing additional term life insurance
equivalent to one or two times the amount provided by the Board of Trustees
at a nominal monthly rate per each $1000 in coverage. The limit is $200,000
and must correspond to the employee's salary. |
