Thank you for your interest in participating in the
2009 SUPDMC conference.

The vendor exhibition will be open to conference
participants on Monday, October 5 and Tuesday,
October 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Breaks will be held in the vendor area twice daily,
along with a 90-minute extended period yet to be
announced. Vendors will be allowed set-up time on
Sunday, October 4, after 6:00 p.m. and on Monday,
October 5, from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m.

If you require hotel accommodations, a block of
rooms have been reserved at Embassy Suites.
The special conference rate is $139 per night.

Included: three (3) 8-ft. tables, six chairs, electrical
connection, full conference participation for six (6)
company representatives in all social and

Gold (5,000)
Included: two (2) 8-ft. tables, four chairs, electrical
connection, full conference participation for four (4)
company representatives in all social and
educational activities and meals, prominent usage
of company logo(s) on printed material and signage.

Silver ($2,000)
Included: two (2) 8-ft. tables, four chairs, electrical
connection, full conference participation for two (2)
company representatives in all social and
educational activities and meals, prominent usage
of company logo(s) on printed material and signage.

Bronze ($1,000)
Included: one (1) 8-ft. table, two chairs, electrical
connection, conference participation for one (1)
company representative in all social activities and
meals.

Patron ($500)
Included: one (1) 8-ft. table, two chairs, and
electrical connection.

Courtesy (Below $500)
Included: Table space provided for display of
company materials in absence of representative.
