Sex Offender Information

The federal Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act requires colleges and universities to institutions of higher education to advise the College community where law enforcement information provided by the State concerning registered sex offenders may be obtained.​. The act also requires registered sex offenders/predators to provide to appropriate state officials notice of each institution of higher education in that state at which the offender/predator is employed, carries on a vocation, or is a student. Below are links to sex offender registry information at the Local/County, State, and Federal/National levels:

In addition, through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), you may obtain a list of sexual offenders and predators registered as enrolled, employed, or volunteering at Broward College. You can access this through by following the link to the Florida Sexual Offender Registry, offered by FDLE, which is, http://offender.fdle.state.fl.us/offender/univSearchNav.do?link=standard . Once there, select from the drop down arrow Broward College.
