The South Florida Business Journal has announced that Broward College President J. David Armstrong, Jr. is a 2009 Diamond Award recipient. The award, honoring the achievements of 10 leaders in the local corporate community, will be presented at a gala event on Oct. 8 in Fort Lauderdale. The Business Journal will publish profiles of the award winners in an upcoming issue.
