BC offers 11 different 10k Bachelor degrees

Launching in 2015, Broward College, along with a state initiative provided by Governor Rick Scott, broke new ground in broadening their educational horizons and expanding their curriculum to incorporate the $10K initiative- a bachelor’s degree educational plan that originally included five programs.

Why junior college football is absent in Florida & why is it desperately needed?

A junior college can serve as either a stepping stone or a second chance for many college football athletes. They give an opportunity for athletes that did not sign with a major university a chance to further hone their skills. Or the athletes that got removed from a major university program for whatever reason, a second chance at school and football.

Historical town: must-see for Floridians

Saint Augustine is a city on the East coast of Florida four hours north of Fort Lauderdale. It is the oldest continuously inhabited city of the United States. The city is known for being the place where Ponce De Leon landed in August 1565. However, it was founded by Pedro Menendez de Aviles on Sept. 8, 1565.
