Rabia Azhar is the Chief Operating Officer at Broward College, previously serving as the Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer.
Rabia has served at the College since 2014 and brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, having held financial management and leadership roles in several large public and non-profit companies, including Publicis, Havas, and the Omnicom Group. Before joining Broward College, Rabia was the Director of Headquarters Accounting for the International Rescue Committee and was responsible for the financial functions in over 40 countries. She was also the Director of Finance and Accounting at Brooklyn College, where she led the financial operations of the college and the Foundation.
Rabia has a bachelor's degree from Pace University and a Master of Business Administration from National American University.
