Chief Information Officer
Raj Mettai is the Chief Information Officer at Broward College. In this capacity, he provides planning, operation, and evaluation of the college's technology division.
Mr. Mettai has been with Broward College for 25 years, having held several technical and leadership positions in the Information Technology division, including Chief Enterprise Architect, Enterprise Architect, and Lead Analyst Enterprise Resource Planning Applications. Mr. Mettai has been overseeing the architecture of applications college-wide and supporting mission-critical applications. His considerable experience with our college systems and his proven ability to execute complex technology solutions make him an ideal leader to lead college-wide initiatives for selecting and implementing new technology.
Mr. Mettai earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from S.V. University College of Engineering in India. He holds professional certifications from the Business Relationship Management Institute and Sun Micro Systems.
