Dr. Stephanie J. Etter
Vice Provost, Academic Services & Learning Resources, Central Campus

Dr. Stephanie J. Etter is the Vice Provost, Academic Services and Learning Resources. In this role, she provides leadership for the A. Hugh Adams Central Campus and serves as the College's academic leader in administering and supporting college-wide professional development and employee training programs. Dr. Etter also provides strategic vision and direction for the Libraries, Academic Success Centers, Testing and Assessment Centers, Office of Transfer Services, Dual Enrollment and the Robert "Bob" Elmore Honors College.

Dr. Etter started her career at Broward College as a faculty member for the BAS Technology Management program in 2011. Over the past decade, she has supported the College in various administrative positions, including interim associate dean, Information Technology on the North Campus, dean, Business Pathway and dean, Information Technology and Engineering, STEM Pathway.

Previously, Dr. Etter served as director, School of Business and as department chair, Computer and Engineering Technologies, at Miami Dade College. Her teaching experience spans more than 20 years and includes serving as a full-time professor in the Information Technology department of both Broward College and Mount Aloysius College in Pennsylvania.

Dr. Etter earned a B.A. degree in English from California University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Technology Management and an MBA from Carlow University, and a D.Sc. in Information Systems and Communications from Robert Morris University. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Davie Cooper City Education Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County.
