Broward College and Broward County have established a scholarship program for students to receive additional financial support. The Bridge Scholarship provides gap funding assistance for new and current students who receive financial aid but still need remaining assistance toward their tuition.

Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), be Pell Grant eligible, or have a family income of less than $84,000

Must be enrolled in nine credit hours and a degree-seeking program

Have a payment gap between tuition and fees, and any non-loan based financial aid

  2. Log in to your account and complete the application

Keep your funding by maintaining eligibility

  •  Maintain both satisfactory academic progress and a 2.0 GPA
  •  Complete a FAFSA each year that results in financial need
  •  Be enrolled in nine credit hours
